Adorned with delicate kantha stitching, these runners are crafted using the traditional gudari or Raali technique by skilled women artisans of the Meghwal community—descendants of those who migrated from Pakistan post-1947. Renowned for their mastery in embroidery and quilting, these artisans meticulously stitch together three layers of fine cotton cloth, creating a durable yet soft texture that tells a story in every thread.
