We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only. For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid for a year, or exchange for another available size.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing (with your order ID and reason for return) to orders@raali.in or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9829008554 from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 5:30 PM (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs 200 for all orders.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. For order issues such as damaged or defective products, missing items or wrong product, please contact us at orders@raali.in within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

Exceptions: Products that have been customized at your request and gift cards cannot be returned/exchanged.

Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Unless you receive a product in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note.
