Weave Patchwork Throw

This handcrafted throw is made using traditional Raali (gudri) quilting, where multiple layers of fine cotton fabric are stitched together to create a soft, substantial textile.

The surface features a weave-inspired composition, achieved through tukdi patchwork joinery and detailed with fine hand-done kantha stitching. Contrast blanket-stitched edges and a contrasting backing add definition and finish to the piece.

Made by skilled women artisans of the Meghwal community, the throw reflects a long-standing practice of quilting and hand embroidery.

Designed for versatile use, it works across sofas, beds or floor seating — adding texture, structure and depth to contemporary living spaces.
